  • 100 g baking spread or soft butter
  • 300 g natural caster sugar
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 150 ml double cream
  • 3 tbsp apricot jam
  • 125 g of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of water
  • 28 g of cocoa powder
  • 280 g of icing sugar
