pack digestive biscuits (crushed) Having never seen these squares before I didn't know how crushed crushed was. I first broke the biscuits into pieces but when it came time to pour the melted chocolate over I realised they needed further crushing, which I did with the edge of a wooden rolling pin. So, crushed means pretty crushed - not pie crust level crushed but definitely pretty small (ish).
