2. Cut
the butter in half and place into your Thermomix bowl.
3. Add
the chocolate ripple biscuits and mix for 10 seconds on speed 9.
5. Cut
the Mars Bars into quarters and place them in a clean Thermomix bowl

the vanilla extract, cream cheese, cream and caster sugar to the Thermomix bowl and mix for 30 seconds on speed 5. Scrape down the sides and mix for another 3o seconds on speed 5.
7. Add
155g of Maltesers to the Thermomix bowl and mix for 20 seconds on reverse speed 2.
Crush up the biscuits (the best way is to feck them into a sandwich bag and slam them off the counter, but if you're not a barbarian you can just break them up with a rolling pin or whatever it takes to make them into crumbs)
Place the biscuits and the malteserbar in a food bag and bash to crumbs. You can adapt this cheesecake to suit your sweet tooth and include your favourite chocolate – Crunchies, Snickers or Daim bars would all work really well here, to name just a few

The cheesecake mixture tastes divine as I’ve added a sneaky bit of Salted Caramel icing Sugar and chopped MarsBar Pieces, followed by more Marsbar Pieces on top
Remove the mixer bowl from the standand gently stir through one of your chopped MarsBars before pour the cheesecake mixture over the biscuit base and top with the remaining MarsBar pieces
