Super creamy fudge crammed full of crunchy Maltesers. In my opinion it is best eaten on the day you cut it but only because when air gets to the inside of a Malteser, it goes a bit sticky & gooey
Take out of the oven and sprinkle the crushed maltesers on top and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. 30g Malteser hot chocolate powder. 50g crushed maltesers
I came across this recipe when I was searching for one for brownies without butter. My personal favourite however is brownies with chopped Daim bars in it
You want to reach for the hot fudge sauce again and drizzle some more over the brownies. I baked me a fresh batch of soft gooey brownies, really can’t seem to get enough of these brownies
Step 4 Mix in half of the Maltesers But crush them slightly before hand. Step 7 Whilst cooling add the remaining Maltesers to the top of the brownies. 4oz Maltesers
