Ingredients

  • 3 cups Spinach Leaves, blanched** see notes
  • 1 cup Paneer cubes, soaked in 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 cup peas, thawed if frozen
  • 1 Large Onion, chopped small
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 green chilli, chopped fine
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder, Turmeric powder, coriander powder each
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
