Sokhi did not use spinach but I had some lying in the fridge so I added it tothe dish. There is something to be said for combining Spinachwith feta and ricotta cheese. The creaminess of ricotta and the saltiness of feta combine with earthy spinachto create a wholesome taste
Combining these two things together is like watching movie with popcorn. I get all these compliments when I prepare this curry for my get togethers or parties
