Ingredients

  • 10 mins Brilliant simple traditional cake
  • 225 g Plain Flour Pinch of Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 175 g Softened Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 110 g Caster Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 lb loaf
  • 170 C Sift the flour, salt and baking powder into a large bowl
  • 10 minutes then remove from the tin and allow to cool on a wire rack
