Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) of fat free plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 juice of half a lemon
  • 1¼ tsp of onion powder
  • 1¼ tsp of garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp of dill
  • 11 tbs of maple syrup (or honey)
  • 11 tbs of buttermilk (or if you can't get this you can use some milk)
  • 1 salt and black pepper to seasonAdd all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together.
  • 1 Season as need with salt and black pepper
  • 1 Store in a lidded tub in the fridge
