Greek non-fat yogurt. It’s essentially any kind of curry flavoured mayonnaise based mixture that can be a rice salad or a chicken salad or even egg salad
Cumin (jeera), coriander (dhania), ginger, garlic and yogurt are mixed to form a marinade, the chicken is liberally coated in it, allowed to rest and grilled till slightly charred
Obviously it bumps up the calories a bit but it keeps the fat down and the fibre high. An easy homemade chickentikkamasala, with homemade curry paste and healthy side dishes
This lowfatchicken chilli is one I make often for lunch and dinner. Lowfat and good for your too. I cook this over medium heat, slowly softening the onions and then adding the spices
Lowfat cheese. Lowfat mayonnaise. 2 Chicken breasts. Blend and add breadcrumbs gradually until mix is of a consistency where you can ball it up and squash it into a pattie with your hands
