1600g potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced. 11 large red onion, thinly sliced. 1400g bacon, all visible fat removed, roughly chopped. 1Brown the bacon and onion in a pan using Frylite. 1Mix the sliced potatoes, broccoli, bacon & onions together in the dish and spread out into an even layer. 1Pour the stock over the potatoes, loosely cover with foil & bake in the oven for about 30-40 mins. 1Once the potatoes have softened, spoon over some of the stock then add the cheese & bake for a further 20 mins until browned
(Syns only depend on what sausages you use). I don’tconsider this as a Slimming World “tweak” because “tweaks” are about overeating things that are considered “free food”
Extra Easy Syn Value - Syn Free. Healthy Extras - None. Salt & pepper. Cut the potatoes into chunks. In a saucepan bring the stock to the boil and season with salt, pepper and seasoning
They’re so blooming easy to make in one pan without having to juggle over multiple hobs. But I personally think it gives a holiday vibe, like I’m eating in the med while it’s been trying to snow outside
