Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup green lentils soaked overnight
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4-5 soup bones
  • soup

  • 1 stick celery, small dice
  • carrot
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 heaped teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 6 cups water
  • 1/4 tin plum tomatoes
  • 200 grams spicy
  • meatballs
  • courgette
  • 1 small potatoe, small dice
  • 5 mins. Remove then fry onion, carrot and celery, about
  • 45 mins then add salt, tomatoes meatballs, courgette and potatoes and let cook again for
  • 20-30 mins or until meat and potatoes are cooked through
