  • 10 minutes No points for fiddly
  • 100 g of icing sugar
  • 1½ tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 300 g caster sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 175 g self-raising flour
