Ingredients

  • 100 posts will include
  • 2 Small Lemons
  • 275 g Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 275 g Caster Sugar
  • 275 g Self Raising Flour
  • 4 Medium Eggs
  • 50 g Unsalted Butter
  • 175 g Icing Sugar
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 50 g Fresh Raspberries
  • 160 C Fan
  • 350 F and line two
  • /8 inch round cake tins with greaseproof paper whilst the lemons are doing their thing in the water.
