  • 125 ml water
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 345 g Butter
  • 350 g Plain flour
  • 10 Eggs 250ml Lemon juice
  • 425 g Caster sugar
  • 125 ml Water
  • 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar
