  • 300 g butter or spread (I used Stork with butter)
  • 300 g caster sugar
  • 5 medium free-range eggs
  • 300 g self-raising flour
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 70 ml single cream
  • 250 ml double cream
  • 1.5 tbsp icing sugar
  • Zest of half a lemon
