  • 25 g demerara sugar
  • for the filling
  • 2 eggs 150g caster sugar
  • 300 ml double cream
  • 50 g plain flour
  • grated zest and juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon lemon curd
  • for the topping
  • 150 g TOTAL Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon curd
  • fresh fruit of your choice
