Ingredients

  • 4 Lemons 1 tin of sweetened condensed milk
  • 300 grams of soft cheese (I use asda price)
  • 285 ml of double cream
  • 15 crushed digestive biscuits
  • 90 g butter
  • 4. Add the sweetened condensed milk very slowly
  • 5. Add the double cream
  • 7. Add the lemon juice to the mixture slowly, the mixture should start to thicken
  • 8. Pour the mixture on top of the biscuit base in the loose bottomed cake tin
