  • 1 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Zest of 1 Lemon 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Plain Flour
  • 55 g Unsalted Butter, cold & cubed
  • 100 g Light Brown Soft Sugar
  • 60 g Plain Flour
  • 25 g Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Zest of 1/2 Lemon
