Ingredients

  • 300 g of Self Raising Flour
  • 300 g of Butter (softened)
  • 300 g of Golden Caster Sugar
  • 6 medium eggs
  • 2 tsp of lemon
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 200 g Icing Sugar
  • 100 g Salted Butter
  • 1.5 tsp of lemon
  • 25 ml Warm Milk
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 300 g Double Cream
  • 75 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 180 c and grease
  • 3 cake tin
  • 2 or one large one and separate with a cake slicer but I do like the effect of the three layers
  • 100 g increments along with
  • 2 eggs
  • 25 minutes or until golden and bounces back when lightly pressed
