  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 T flax meal mixed in
  • 3 T water
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/5 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium lemon
