  • 300 ml of double cream
  • 135 g of butter
  • 100 ml of butter
  • Salted Butter
  • 300 ml of cream used add the zest of half a lemon and freshly picked thyme leaves along with a good pinch of sea salt. Blend for just 30 seconds
