Ingredients

  • 300 g Mash Potato
  • 200 g Self Raising Flour
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 5 Egg Yolks
  • 250 g Butter
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Poached Eggs
  • 1/3 with White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Bag Spinach
  • 2. You can fry these off once and they can be enjoyed hot, they will still be delicious although I

  • 2. Once the mix has come to the boil reduce the heat until you get a few fast bubbles in the pot. Crack the eggs into little mugs with handles, now carefully lower the mug into the water and allow water to come into the mug and then slowly tip the egg with a little flick motion which should help give you a tear drop shape. Reduce the heat now so there are no bubbles and allow the egg to cook for around 2 minutes or until firm but you can still feel a bouncy yolk.
