  • leaves from several thyme sprigs
  • tablespoon plain flour
  • 50 ml single cream
  • 150 ml whole milk
  • 200 ml veg stock
  • 250 g chestnut mushrooms, diced
  • 30 g grated mature cheese
  • 150 g angel hair pasta
  • black pepper
