Ingredients

  • 90 g butter
  • 100 g Crisp n Dry,
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 large potatoes thinly, and boiled them for about
  • 5 minutes I drained the potatoes and put them aside
  • 300 ml double cream,
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice,
  • 180 g grated extra mature cheddar,
  • 2 eggs and herbs and salt to taste
  • 500 g Plain flour
  • 90 g Butter
  • 100 g Crisp n Dry or Lard
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Large Potatoes
  • 3 Leeks 1 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Eggs 300ml Double Cream
  • 150 g Grated Mature Cheddar
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
