Ingredients

  • 1 pound  Marrowfat Peas. (dried)
  • 8 cups  Ham Stock. if at all possible homemade
  • 2 ribs  Celery. Chopped finely
  • 2 medium  Carrots Peeled and Chopped
  • 1 large  onion. chopped
  • 3 teaspoons  Fresh Thyme Leaves
  • ½ teaspoon  Cracked Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon  Sea Salt
  • ½ cup  Fresh Parsley. Finely Chopped
  • 2 cups  Ham. diced. . preferably from the ham hock you have just used to make the stock
