Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium white onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 500 g lamb mince
  • 1 lamb stock cube
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tsp dried mint
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 200 g fresh spinach, steamed
  • 200 g feta, crumbled
  • 10 sheets of filo pastry, cut in half
