Ingredients

  • 2 lamb shanks
  • oil for frying
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 large cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp pimentón
  • 0,5 tsp ground cumin
  • 0,5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp tomato
  • 1,5 dl dryish sherry (Amontillado preferred, but Oloroso will work, too)
  • 0,5 l game or beef stock
