Ingredients

  • 450 gm lean ground lamb
  • 1 diced shallot
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs, soaked in ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sambal olek
  • Salt to taste
  • Some freshly pepper
  • 1 minced onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 finely diced carrot
  • 1 finely diced celery stalk
  • ½ minced red chili pepper
  • 2 cups canned tomatoes
  • 4 diced large tomatoes
  • 2 springs of fresh oregano
  • ¼ cup of water
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup soft goat cheese
  • A handful of parsley, chopped
