  • 2 spring onions sliced
  • 2 hot chillies
  • 1/2 white cabbage
  • finely sliced
  • 1/4 red cabbage
  • finely sliced
  • 1 onion finely sliced
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 10 mint leaves chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
