  • 300 g Plain Yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • For the Lamb Masala
  • Few tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 large Onions, peeled and sliced
  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 8 Black Peppercorns
  • 8 Cloves 2 Black Cardamoms
  • Water, as needed
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1 Green Chilli, sliced
  • 5 Dried Plums
  • 300 g (10 ounces) Plain Yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 500 g (1 pound + 2 ounces) Mixed Lamb Pieces, on the bone
