  • 450 g salmon fillet
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 cm piece ginger
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Salt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ¼ tsp white pepper
  • 440 g can chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup fish stock
  • 2-3 cups steamed rice
  • 1-2 spring onions
