  • 400 ml
  • 2 cubes
  • 400 ml boiling water
  • 200 g basmati rice
  • 400 g can light coconut milk
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 2 large thyme sprigs
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 can of kidney beans
