Ok coming to today’s recipe, i was simply watching videos on youtube (my absolute favorite pastime) and i came across this very tempting and beautiful indian red curry in this channel named food junction
I was surprised that the title was so generic, as curries are so popular these days they are always named after the region or have a proper name like bhuna, tikka masala etc, rather than just "Indiancurry"
Unless you have a traditional South Indian restaurant as your local curry house or you have personally visited southern India, I highly doubt that many of you haven't even heard of avial curry let alone tried it
