Ingredients

  • 5 small
  • 2 large potatoes (approx 450g potatoes), boiled, peeled & mashed with a fork Salt to taste ½ tsp chili powder ½ tsp garam masala ½ tsp coriander powder 1 birds eye green chilli, finely chopped Small handful fresh coriander, roughly chopped 4 tbsp oil 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
