Ingredients

  • 1 large aubergine
  • 2 medium onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 small bunch mint
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp water
