  • 4 oz (100 g) plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Zest and juice of 1 large unwaxed lemon
  • 1 - 2 tsp rose water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 oz (100 g) softened butter
  • 8 oz (200 g) icing sugar, sifted
  • 2 tsp rose water
  • A dash of milk
