Ingredients

  • Sambar Powder
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • ½ tbsp urad dal
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp me
  • 3 red chilies
  • 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut
  • 150 g toor dal
  • 500 ml water
  • 15 shallots
  • 1 medium sized
  • 1 large ripe tomato
  • 1200 ml water
  • 2 sprigs curry leaves
  • 1 red chili
  • ¾ tsp cumin
  • ¾ tsp mustard
