Ingredients

  • 500 g Lean Turkey Mince
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tins chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet
  • 1 vegetable Stock
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • Brown off the mince in a frying pan and leave to cool.
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 fresh chillies
  • 500 g lean beef mince (5% fat or less)
  • 2 tsps ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 green pepper and 1 yellow pepper, chopped
  • 4 ripe plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 300 ml beef stock
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 400 g tin of red kidney beans
  • Chop the onion, peppers and crush the garlic cloves. Place all the ingredients in the bag and shake up.Deforst thoroughly if freezing before cooking, cook for 3 hours on high in a slow cooker, 7 hours on low or for 45 minutes in the oven.
  • Boil some rice to serve

  • 4-5 sprigs of tarragon
  • 5 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 Brocoli
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • Carrots
