Fry the onions, ginger & garlicContinueto fry on a high heat until the onion is golden brownAdd the contents of the pan and the rest of the Balti paste ingredientsinto a food processor/blender & blend until it becomes a pastePlace in a bowl, allow to cool & put in the fridge (will last for a couple of weeks in the fridge)To Make The CurryDice the chicken and place in a freezer bag/bowl

too make sauce. fry off mushrooms and onions with garlic then add the tinnedingredients and simmer for 20 mins. cook rice then let it cool down then fry onions mushrooms and garlic add the rice and frozen peas soya and wostershire sauce and eggs until late ready and put sauce on heat for another 10 mins 20 mins let it cool then blend
