chilli peppers (I used small green Thai/finger chillies but any would work - you can deseed them if you want but I did not as wanted the extra heat)

Howhot the end result is depends on the heat in the chillies so taste a little piece first and select the strength of chilli depending on your taste or the taste of whoever it's for
Once the chillies are soft drain the water and add the chilies, garlic and salt inside the mixer jar and pulse few times then add little water and grind tomake a chutney

from HowSweet Eats. Then, the star of the show - chilligarlic sauce. Welcome tomy life. The honey goes so well with the chilligarlic sauce and gives the chicken a real glazed look to it
While this is happening take the pork belly and score the skin into small squares as this will be where you cut the pork into servings, smaller squares will mean smaller cubes of meat but don’t make them too small or the skin will separate from the meat when it’s time to cut into pieces
Salt & Black Pepper, to taste. Before you get started on chopping your ingredients, pop your Prawns and SweetChilli Sauce in a bowl, coat well and leave to marinate
