Ingredients

  • caster sugar
  • sour cream
  • medium eggs (at room temperature)
  • cocoa powder
  • tsp baking powder
  • pinch
  • of salt
  • vanilla pod (or few drops of vanilla extract to taste)

  • icing sugar
  • tbsp milk
  • 255 g packet
  • 2 x 20cm
  • 21 cm loose
  • 25 minutes to cool and
  • 20 minutes to decorate
