Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 5 small frozen
  • 150 g of Arborio rice (1.09 for 700g Aldi) 24p
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 bulbs
  • 49 p Aldi
  • 10 cloves
  • 6 frozen lumps
  • 1.25 kg
  • 1 veg stock cube
  • 39 p for
  • 1 litre of boiling water
  • 100 g of chopped mushrooms (
  • 1.58 for 750g Aldi) 21p
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 10 g of Parmegiano Reggiano
  • 2.99 for 200g Aldi) 15p
  • 3. Add the rice and stir well to absorb all the flavours
  • 5. Add a third of the stock and stir continuously until absorbed.
  • 6. Add the spinach and keep adding the stock and keep stirring.
