Hosin Drumsticks (1/2 a sin per drumstick)

Ingredients

  • • 2 level tbsp hosin sauce
  • • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • • 1 garlic clove
  • • 2.5 cm price of garlic root, peeled and grated
  • • 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice
  • • 3 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • • 12 chicken drumsticks
  • • 2 level tsp sesame seeds
  • • shredded spring onions, to garnish

Instructions

    Put the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, five spice powder and vinegar into a large non reactive bowl and mix well.

    Skin each drumstick, make a few slashes In the flesh of each drum stick and marinade them in the mixture for 2 hours.

    Barbecue drumsticks over indirect medium heat for 35- 45 minuets or cook in oven at 180c

    Serve with shredded spring onions for garnish
