Ingredients

  • for the pork stock pot bit
  • 4 slices pork belly
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 red onion
  • some cloves
  • mixed herbs
  • a glug of orange juice
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 400 ml chicken stock (or enough to cover all ingredients)
  • 1 carrot, halved
  • for the roasted veg bit
  • new potatoes
  • 2 cloves black garlic, sliced or whole
  • 1 bulb garlic, sliced, or 3 cloves, sliced
  • 1 red onion, quartered
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • for the honey mustard bit
  • 4 tbsp clear honey
  • 2 heaped tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 heaped teaspoon dijon mustard
  • for the red cabbage mash
  • 4 medium sized potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 red cabbage, sliced into small pieces
  • olive oil
