Ingredients

  • 10 mins Cook Time
  • 1 hour Difficulty: Easy
  • 300 g Quorn
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (diced)
  • 1 Red Chilli (diced)
  • 2 Medium Carrots (grated)
  • 2 Medium Celery Sticks (diced)
  • 1 Pepper (diced)
  • 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
  • Tomato
  • 1 Tin of Baked Beans (Or Kidney Beans)
  • 200 ml Beef Stock
  • 1 Teaspoon Basil
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander
  • 2. Add all your veg in to the pan and cook for
  • 3. Add your chopped tomatoes, beans, stock and stir
  • 1 H Total Time
