Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts - each sliced in to three mini fillets
  • 17 tbsp Smash (dry instant mash potato)
  • 12 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 12 tsp Paprika
  • 11 Chicken Oxo Cube (crushed)
  • 11 tsp Mild Chilli Powder
  • 12 EggsMix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • 1 Whisk the eggs in a seperate bowl.
  • 1 Dip each piece of chicken into the egg and then into the dry mixture.
  • 1 Repeat this and then place each piece on a piece of baking paper sprayed with Fry Light.
  • 1 Bake at 200 for 30 minutes and serve with plenty of veg and homemade chips!
