  • For the Marinade
  • 6 tbsp Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 3 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 3 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 2 tsp Gram Masala
  • 1 tsp Tumeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Minced Ginger
  • 1 x Lemon (juice only)
  • For the Curry
  • 4-5 x Chicken Breasts (cut into chunks)
  • 2 x Red Peppers (sliced)
  • 1 x Onion (grated/minced)
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 x Red Chilli (seeds removed, chopped up)
  • Leftover Marinade
  • 150 mls Water
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 1/2 Can Chopped Tomatoes
  • Fresh Coriander (to garnish)
  • 1 tsp Fat Free Greek Yogurt (to garnish)
  • Fry Light
