In the past, I've got a bit creativeand made different types of lasagne, including creamy leek & bacon lasagne, spicy sausage and Mediterranean veg lasagne, potato & courgette lasagne andgoat's cheese, pesto & tomato lasagne, so it was niceto go back to the traditional, classic lasagne recipe

I’m sharing it again because (a) it’s been a long time since I first shared it and (b) the results of the last time I shared weren’t anywhere near as pretty as this and may well have put you off trying the recipe
They taste great slightly cooled and dipped in sweet chili sauce. These are so easyto make and taste so good, I will certainly be making them again soon
Combine the gin, tonicandjuice in a jug. Add the double cream, lime juiceand zest and whisk until you have soft peaks (I did this by hand but you may prefer to use an electric whisk)
Sprinkle some coffee powder on topand serve immediately. Yesterday while browsing i saw this here and i tried for my girl who really got tongue stucked while enjoying the drink
