Ingredients

  • Enough for 2-3
  • 1 EGG YOLK
  • 1 TBSP OF COLD WATER
  • SALT
  • 40 G OF BUTTER, DICED
  • 1/2 LEMON
  • Use a Pyrex glass bowl for the recipe because they are heat proof. Place a saucepan on low heat with kettle hot water in it.
