  • 3 tins of chopped tomatoes (I like the ones that already have herbs in them but don’t add so much basil if you use this type)
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (fresh garlic if great if you have it in)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • A sprinkling of dried chilli flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp sugar (or artificial sweetener if you prefer)
  • 1 tbsp dried Basil (fresh is good too)
