  • 1½ lemon, juiced
  • 1650 g chicken breasts, cut into 3cm cubes
  • 120 g butter
  • 11 large onion, finely sliced
  • 1400 g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 11 tsp fenugreek
  • 1½ tsp garam masala
  • 1¼ tsp chilli powder
  • 12 tbsp tomato purée
  • 11 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 150 g low-fat yogurt
  • 114 g fresh coriander, roughly chopped
  • 1240 g basmati rice
  • 175 g low-fat natural yogurt 3-inch piece ginger, finely chopped 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 red chili, finely chopped 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground turmeric 1 tsp garam masala ½ lemon, juiced 650g chicken breasts, cut into 3cm cubes
